Some people are claiming to support conservative values and suggesting the Obama is a conservative. Please, let me see these people in real life, I have some prime location property on the moon that I'd like to sell them.

Obama has detailed in this campaign how he will end the Bush tax cuts. Since he will have a Democratically controlled House and Senate, he should be able to do this easily. Obama will also be able to increase social security taxes on the wealthy, as he promised. Obama will also, as he promised on the campaign trail, increase taxes whenever he has new programs he wants to spend money on.... like the healthcare plan. Unless you believe that Obama has been lying all along, he will raise your taxes -- considerably.

Now, Obama has made it clear that he thinks McCain-Kennedy is too conservative. He wants more open boarders and more amnesty than McCain-Kennedy had. Maybe some thing McCain is the the left of center on this; but Obama is well left of McCain. Or so Obama has said.

Obama has based his campaign on the idea he will get us out of Iraq. He has long argued he'd get us out in a year. He is attacking McCain as being too conservative on how to interrogate terrorists. Obama would put more restrictions on how we deal with those who wish to destory America than would McCain, and Obama has made a point of this.

Obama, who voted against Roberts and Alito, was not part of the Gang of 14, as he thought that was too conservative. Maybe some think McCain was too liberal to be part of the gang of 14; but Obama thought he was far too conservative. Obama was to the left of Harry Reid, even, on the issue.

On the issue of abortion, Obama is not just pro-choice for the first trimester, or two, or three. He is not just pro-choice for partial birth abortion. He is pro-choice after the baby is born, if the mother's intent was an abortion. In other words, if a baby is born alive, Obama remains pro-choice.

Obama wants to raise taxes, open the boarders, lose the war, kill babies, and on every other issue, Obama is far, far to the left of main-stream America.

Those who pretend or claim that Obama is more conservative than McCain are either ignorant or disshonest.
