President Bush WILL BE Removed From Office

By use of a constitutionally-mandated process, President George W Bush will be removed from office, according to a confidential source familiar with both the legislative and judicial branch.

In an exclusive interview with the editors of The Hinzsight Report, that source, speaking on the condition of anonymity, admitted that the process is already moving forward. That process will result in the removal of the President on January 20, 2009. The source also admitted that the removal of this President is all but a fait accompli.

“I personally know of at least six US Senators and several US Representatives who have already begun processing the paperwork,” he explained. “It would take a Herculean effort to prevent his removal at this time.”

It would take, he explained, the support of no less than 67 United States Senators and 290 US House members to vote to repeal the 22nd Amendment, and the ratification of at least 37 State Legislatures to allow President Bush the opportunity to continue in office beyond that date.

“In this political climate, and with the constraints of time, I just don’t see it happening,” he added.

"In fact, I'd have to believe that former President Clinton has a better chance of returning to the White House after that date, than our current President."

There has been no indication that the White House furnishings and silverware will need to be counted when President Bush leaves office, as needed to be done with his predecessor.

It goes between Manhattan Island and Brooklyn, New York. A real steal for only $10,000. Think of all the tolls you will be able to collect. You'll be able to make back your purchase price in under a day, easy.

Interested?

read it slowly if you must. Every single word is accurate and correct!

I love it.

mar K's knee-jerk response, clearly without reading it at all, was the punchline, though. :-)

thank you JE by David Hinz

and I felt compelled to add a paragragh at the end.

Unfortunately, Dave by GordonTaylor

you are correct, he must leave office, it has been mandated.

that I haven't been able to source, but it's my understanding that the DNC is gearing up for a full tilt push to repeal the two-term for Presidents amendment. They REALLY want to run against Bush in '08...

because Bill Clinton still thinks he could get re-elected again if he only had the opportunity to charm the American People!

We could see Bill run against Hill in the primarys.

Boy wouldn't that be something.

Blowout much? The reason she's getting the money instead of Obama is because Bill is the one asking.

Red on Red? by blooch

She-a versus Sunni-boy?

After all, it took him to regain congressional majorities.

I'll make the Dems a deal, though. After the next president, we'll have a cage match between Clinton and Bush II. My money is on the latter.

In all seriousness, thanks for some comic relief outside of the hypocritical floor of the temporarily Democratic-occupied Congress. Onto 2008, GOP majorities, and sanity.

A lot of politicians have already announced that they are running for president in 2008. Several have already announced that they are Not running in 2008.

But has GWB said anything one way or the other about his intentions? NOOOOOOOO.

Bush totally ignores the fourth amendment to the U.S. Constitution. What makes you think that he will give any more respect to the twenty-second amendment?

Has anybody checked to see if there are any "signing statements" from GWB on the 22nd amendment. Better go look!

It would be unlike Bush to cut and run - no matter how much pressure is put on him. Just remember: he is no quitter. You can take that to the bank!

The state of term limit is exactly 180 degrees out of phase (rushism alert). To term limit the one person elected by all the people that serves as commander in chief and the face of American will to our enemies and friends in foreign policy decidedly multiplies the inherent relative weakness of democratic republic in maintaining a consistent deterrent and war policy.

That the Ted Kennedys are not term limited just adds insult to injury.

I contend that we would have a better chance at lessening the emboldening the enemy effect of our free discourse in this country if the President could seek re-election inefficiently, especially during war.

I could not disagree with you more. The presidental term limit serves as vital protection against any home-grown demagogue making himself President For Life. And for a shining example of the dangers of this look to Venezuela where Mr Chavez is on his way to getting rid of his term limits so he can become a perma-tyrant in true Castro style. Home-grown despots are always a greater danger than foreign foes. And military policy tends to run on auto-pilot (since our military leadership and much of the government bureaucracy is not elected) and candidates for president will always support and maintain a winning stratetgy while a losing strategy ought to be rejected and changed.

just a few weeks ago weren't you the one who was insisting that Chavez was NOT a dictator, but in fact a democratically elected leader?

So now he is well on his way to becoming a tyrant and despot...while when we argued that point just a few weeks ago we were wrong?

...Carter must have de-certified the election results after Huggy's check to the Carter Center bounced.

Run like Reagan!

Bush from office. Why I've even heard there may be deals in the works to replace him with either a Republican or a Democrat.

Socialism doesn't work. It looks nice on paper, but it's been tried and it's failed miserably every time (usually accompanied by widespread death and suffering).

all too true! by David Hinz

In fact, it appears that more Republicans are willing to jump onto this bus than are Democrats! Granted, most of them will end up UNDER same, still the willingness to participate in this precess boggles the mind!

Only if it goes their way. If it doesn't they will claim the process was hijacked and stolen.

Unless Mr Bush by Aleks311

has done something really, really heinous, and this comes to light, impeachment against him has a snowball's chance in a blast furnace, and even the attempt would render the Democrats the losing party in 2008.

and it it 100% accurate. (HINT) I am not talking about impeachment!

Oh wait...

I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

It was written:

That process will result in the removal of the President on January 21, 2009. The source also admitted that the removal of this President is all but a fait accompli.

But the Constitution specifies that the president's term ends on January 20th, not the 21st! Is it possible that this means that President Hillary Clinton [shudder] will be sworn in at noon on January 20th, and then removed from office the following day? :)

I believe the rascally Republicans force Bill Clinton from office with the same tactics, and it worked.
