Barack Obama Gets The 3 AM Phone Call

Sen. Obama wants to be President and says he is ready for the 3 A.M. phone call.
I present to you the following evidence, you decide if you think he is ready.

Personally, I think he might be, later on when he gets some training in the proper use of the telephone, after all it is relatively new technology.

When small men cast long shadows, it is a sign that the sun is setting on the Democrat Party
Hillary's people are going to love this.
"Look, I'm a state senator who hasn't even been sworn in yet," Obama said." My understanding is that I will be ranked 99th in seniority. ... I'm going to be spending the first several months of my career in the U.S. Senate looking for the washroom and trying to figure out how the phones work."
Barack Obama back in 2004 when he was promising the people of Illinois he wouldn't run for president in 2008 and would complete his Senate term. (and explaining why he was too inexperienced to be president.)

Hey, do you have any proof of this promise? It would mean he broke his campaign promise and a legit question if he intends to keep his campaign promises if elected president.
Direct quote (available from the Chicago Sun-Times Archives: 11/4/2004:
"I was elected yesterday," Obama said. "I have never set foot in the U.S. Senate. I've never worked in Washington. And the notion that somehow I'm immediately going to start running for higher office just doesn't make sense.
"So look, I can unequivocally say I will not be running for national office in four years, and my entire focus is making sure that I'm the best possible senator on behalf of the people of Illinois."
...
But Obama seemed especially exasperated when asked if he would pledge to fulfill his term before looking to the White House.
"I am not running for president in 2008," Obama said. "I mean, come on guys. The only reason I'm being definitive is because until I'm definitive you will keep asking me this question, but it's a silly question."
Same source for the quote above. Figured this was common knowledge by now. Maybe it's just because I'm in Illinois... major Obama country and it was a big deal when he first announced.

Clearly faked, but funny none the less.
Fighting for conservatism one day at a time.
