MORNING UPDATE:
President Bush delivered his last State of the Union address. President Bush presented his strong resolve to keep America’s economy healthy, his initiatives that keep America competitive, cut wasteful spending, and expand education options.
Listen to what the Democrats had to say…how they responded…EVERYTHING they proposed cost taxpayer’s money…EVERYTHING was another “gimme” at your expense…and EVERYTHING was obviously wrong, just because President Bush said it.
The partisan bickering and perspective was little more than politics as usual.
It was raining in Holland yesterday!?! We spent the afternoon at the headquarters going over our victory plans for 2008. Ottawa County GOP is ready to lead the way!!!
Pam Bouchard’s mother passed away this weekend. Please keep Mike, Pam and the rest of the Bouchard family in our prayers.
Many attended a beautiful Memorial Service for former Kent County GOP Chairman Karl Hascall at the Fredrick Meijer Garden yesterday. Please keep the Hascall family in your prayers.
