I just wanted to give some ideas on what a court pack with Ginsbergs appointed by Obama may rule on and thought I would pass it on to all in light of the recent rulings that gave us insight to how a conservative or liberal court might rule.
Allowing prayer or any religious activity before football games and all other events on government owned property used by educational organizations.
Personal and public displays of religion on government owned property used by educational organizations.
Allowing Mexican nationals Habeas corpus when caught firing on US border agents on US territory.
Allowing enemy combatants Habeas corpus when fired on by US military on any territory not currently defined as a combat zone.
Allowing a citizen in Arizona to have a semi-automatic in their home after citizen was charged with excessive force when “defending” himself in face of multiple illegal aliens attempting to steal his car.
A foreigner or foreign government bringing an entire Army company on charges for using excessive force in a conflict on foreign lands.
Requiring US auto and gas companies to pay a percentage of profit on each barrel of oil or car sold to environmental organizations or for alternative energy organizations.
Determining if an environmental tax is acceptable to be applied to US citizens driving SUVs, having personal planes and/or living in excessive homes.
Denying US Hospitals the ability to report citizenship status to people seeking treatment at US hospitals.
Allow illegal immigrants to sue employers for loss of wages for accidents occurred on the job despite the immigrant using falsified documents to obtain employment.

I don't think it will make much difference to the court who wins the election. He'll likely replace one or two liberals with one or two liberals either way.
Regardless, I don't anticipate the current Supreme Court issuing enough cert grants to cover half of that in the next 30 years. My guess is that they will eventually deny cert themselves out of relevance.
