Obama back to Iowa...But His Troll Lurks

Somebody should have told him what it was going to be like running up against a Clinton for President. Somebody should have said, be prepared to have the kitchen sink, the boiler and the toilet bowl thrown at you. He should have been told to be ready for the goal posts to be continuously shifted and for new goal posts to be erected. Where were the warnings about being prepared to battle the less noble instincts of his rivals and about ensuring that your associations were with individuals of the likes of Mother Teresa?.

No matter how experienced and talented he is...uhh..nevermind....no matter how long he has been a United States Senator...uhh..scratch that...as far as Hillary is concerned he will never be fit enough to be president....Maybe she's right.

Did somebody mention that his patriotism (Flag pin,Hand over heart) would be questioned.

And...people will constantly pretend not to be certain whether you are Muslim or Christian.

A night filled with symbolic importance

The first ~~African-American~~ ...Black guy to clinch the Democratic nomination for the White House, Barack Obama, had to be constrained in this glorious moment. He returned to Iowa to proclaim that he has garnered more "Super Moonbats" but stopped short of the big announcement that the Democratic nominating process was over. Like a Troll, Hillary is still lurking in under the Bridge.

I am Loving it that Hillary Clinton continues to be a obstacle to the forward march of 'Hope you can Change for'....I call Troll. If Senator Clinton had a shred of political commonsense, to say nothing of the love for party, she would have gracefully bowed out. Instead like a hungry troll she is on the prowl, hoping that Obama falters yet one more time.

So, on a marvelous night when Obama and the Democratic Party should be forging ahead with a calculated and deliberate plan of attack on, John McCain, he still must look over his shoulder, wary of the Troll that's waiting to eat his children.

If you listen carefully to Clinton's surrogates, you would believe that Hillary's voting block is more important than Obama's voters. They say those voters will never vote for Barry in the general election. They argue that people in Kentucky were openly admitting that they voted along racial lines. According to MSNBC's Chris Matthews, "This is not a new problem. It is an old one"...Racism is still a major factor in American society.

Some people insist that Hillary's "hard working white American voters," will not cross over in the general election, They believe that unless Obama goes on bended knees to, Her Majesty Hillary the great, and offer her some major concession, her voters will stay home. Sounds like bribery to me.....but wheeling and dealing is still part of the process.

The pundits are all hung-up on what will happen to Hillary's voters if Obama is the nominee. None seem to be concerned about Obama's voters if the nomination was given to Hillary. Obviously, the states Hillary won are more important than the states in which Obama won. Of course, Obama won mostly caucus states while Hillary won big states....Obviously...but you Wouldn't understand.

She's Trolling for the women. If the feminist movement in their myopia believes that they can hijack the nominating process, then they must consider the danger to their dreams and aspirations when McCain becomes president. Hillary Clinton, given her extreme unpopularity with the majority of America's voters, plus the unprecedented damage she is guilty of inflicting on the Democratic Party, can never beat John McCain in these elections.

Hillary is now a major liability to the Democratic Party.

Hillary played hit and Run with the race card and it failed miserably. She tried the nuclear and kitchen sink strategy and they did not succeed. Now, she is stalling the fight against the Republicans because she is the self-imposed new messiah for American women. Hillary Clinton told the Washington Post in an interview published Saturday that she would stay in the Democratic Presidential Race until the convention.

Hillary Clinton has demonstrated that she is a Troll. The longer she holds on to her destabilizing and destructive stance, the more she will find herself buffeted and tossed about on those currents of change that are sweeping across America.

She has tried to convince the world that they would benefit greatly from her coronation....you may now all kneel and kiss the sacred axx...Oppps...you may now all bend over and receive your blessing....snark off.

Fortunately, Obama is going to pull this off and then get Soundly trounced by John 'Wayne' McCain.

This is an election year in which the majority of Americans will rise above petty differences. This is a year in which a coalition of all races, classes, culturally diverse groups and generally decent and honest people, will viciously kick aside the failed tactics of the MSM and the manipulations of racial and social bigotry. Americans will come together to send a powerful message to the world that America is open again for business. That Washington's corridors have been cleared of Nancy and Harry's incompetent and suffocating clutter. Pennsylvania Avenue will be washed down and sanitized, and the refreshing smell of Conservatism will permeate our besieged nostrils......but I digress

I've said this before..when they take her to the smokey back room and tell her Barry is the Winner....I imagine her ripping off her pantsuit to reveal para-military fatigues, she then puts on a black beret, raises an AK47 in the air and screams something in Russian as her personal Guard seals the perimeter......I'd pay money to watch that.

What was your ASFSC? I was a 462X0 (AC Weapons) and cross trained into 304X6 (Satellitecom). I know they changed all the AFSC to something more army like. I do miss it, had a lot of fun, just went back in the Air Natl. Guard on 5/12/08...

Airborne RADAR and Radio Navigation Systems Which was later merged with The Radio Communications (328X0). I was merged into the new career field on paper only! I got my 6th stripe the month after the announcement so I went from 'technician' to 'supervisor'. You know, once you start working for your '9' level you're a supervisor and paper work is paper work no matter what field you're in!!!!! I retired in '93 after 20. The first 19 were a blast! The last one ...not so hot! Most of the probs were of a personal nature though! It did hurt a little to leave.

Not sure it was the same AFSCm, but I used to have a boss (MSgt too) that worked on Connies (Lockheed Constellations) in (I think) either in Libya or Pakistan back in the '60s. You went in a few years before I did ('78 for me). It took me a few years and quite a few mistakes to figure out the Air Force game. It still amazes me how much responsibility we put on the young troops. I was working on F-4 weapons systems (conventional and nuclear systems) at age 17 (I had to get my maw to sign for me), and was s uupervisor at age 19 (E-4 SRA load crew chief on F-4Gs).I wish all young Americans had to serve in the military for at least a couple of years....might wise them up a little. I understand personal problems...they sent me to Shemya for a year, and my marriage unraveled rather quickly. Oh well, second wife is much nicer and much, much prettier! #3 son got home yesterday...he is a C-17 loadmaster.

I hear that night-time carrier landings are about the scariest thing aviators have ever had to do. I have a retired Navy friend who was an ECMO on an EA-6B which overshot the flight deck on landing. One of the 4 guys who ejected was a landmark number for safe ejections in the Brit-made seat (I don't remember the company), and they were treated to a big trip to England for the ceremony. I think the ejection was during Desert Storm, but it might've been a Southern Watch mission. Pretty interesting story...
