So Massachusetts seems to have run out of hard working private sector entities to tax. So they are thinking of taxing Big Education now. This shouldn't be surprising. When Big Government politicians see numbers that end in "Billions" it's only natural they want a piece of the pie. I don't know if this is a good or bad idea, but it's definitely novel and oh so Massachusetts.
