It's national Turkey-pardoning day (comments enabled)

Today, in honor of Thanksgiving, a Turkey will receive a Presidential pardon and be spared for at least another year.

To this point, there has been no word on whether President Bush will be formally ceding his powers to Vice President Cheney for the morning in order to officially receive that pardon.

I knew there would be a jab inside somewhere, but I wasn't sure who it would be.

I thought he would be pardoning Harry Reid, but the choices are so vast, who could choose?

a pardon for appointing Roberts and Alito and haviing the guts to respond after 911 other than to have Janet Reno's successor call a grand jury as Al Gore's AG would have done.
