LA-1 & LA-6 General Elections Today

By Vladimir

A line of thunderstorms moved through early today. It's shaping up like a bluebird day.

A low turnout is expected, 20% or so. Probably doesn't matter to Steve Scalise, the favored candidate in LA-1, suburban New Orleans. Woody Jenkins' chances in LA-6 are probably better with a low turnout. Polls have been running 3-4% either way. It will be close. Stay tuned.
