Have The Clintons NO Shame?

Bill Clinton lies like a silk sheet on a waterbed. Well, ok-he IS a silk sheet on a waterbed, but that's not my point. I'm getting fairly accustomed to his nonsense-the great orator in modern times and all that. But really, MUST I be subjected to this?:

The former president opened a two-day swing through Iowa on behalf of his wife, packing nearly 500 people into a theater on the campus of Iowa State University.

"She has spent a lifetime as a change agent when she had the option to do other things," he said.

"I thought she was the most gifted person of our generation," said Clinton, who said he told her, "You know, you really should dump me and go back home to Chicago or go to New York and take one of those offers you've got and run for office."

OK-the urge to vomit has subsided...I can continue now.

"Most Gifted" person of our generation? Sorry, Hill...you don't even come close babes.

Join me below the fold for a few people who ARE the most gifted...

[please forgive the wiki overuse-I'm lazy]

Hillary was born in 1947. To be far more generous than she deserves, I'll cut off the greatest women list to those born some time around 1930 give or take. Let's see...there was Benazir Bhutto (1953), and then there's Gloria Steinem (1934), along with Dolores Huerta (1930).

Of course, in other categories you might come across women like US Army General Claudia Kennedy (1947) ...yes-GENERAL Claudia Kennedy. There's more...

There's Sandra Day O'Connor(1930), and there's Madeline Albright(1937), [hey don't shoot the messenger...she made the list-I wasn't asked to vote]. There's always women like Oprah Winfrey, and Barbara Walters, and even women who WOULD have proven her mettle had she survived an exploding shuttle such as Christa McAuliffe.

Look, Hillary married a chicken snake that got hired to watch over the hen house and that makes her plenty of things...but the "most gifted person of our generation" ain't on that list.

I didn't even LOOK at the most gifted MEN in her generation...don't get me started on that.

Please add those who YOU believe to be worthy of the title "Most Gifted Person Of Our generation"...a fair contrast to how unqualified the Hildebeast truly is for being even mentioned in the same breath with such people.

Bill probably does not even sleep anywhere NEAR Hillary and for good reason. He could be the victim of a "Bobbitt-job" on any bad day. The ole "testicle lock-box".

He's a convicted liar, why would ANYONE believe him. He's just protecting the family jewels. Figuratively, and probably, literally.

Would ANYONE want to be near Hillary the night she loses the nomination?

Vista really sucks!

Is that really a question that even needs asking at this point?

He meant run for manager of Office Depot. At best it is all she is qualified for.

Just kidding, had to say it -- in light of, well, the hair, and also the goings-on at IMAO.

Is that a trick question?

Stephen Hawking, born 1942, jumps to mind.

then I read the instructions again. You are correct, and when you put Stephen Hawking up against Hillary Clinton, WOW. Not even remotely a contest.

Since it's not just women, I retract my John Edwards nomination.

By "change agent" he probably means "ball buster."

And by "most gifted person" he probably means "ball buster."

And when he said "you really should dump me and go back home to Chicago or go to New York and take one of those offers you've got and run for office." He really meant "quit bustin' my balls and run for office already."

...You see? Now it makes sense.

Mrs908.

She puts up with my crap and loves me. And keeps Franz from killing me and eating me even when I deserve it. Not to mention raising the two finest sons any man could point to. All those stupid political jobs are a piece of cake compared what she's done.

I've noticed that you often speak very highly of your sons.

I don't come across many that talk about their older kids that much...it's nice to see. Just sayin.

" Got to love the Lord for making things like that."
Morally Compromised

There was a time when Mrs908 wondered how many of the three males under the roof would still be living at the end of the day. We called it "testostorone wars". We all grew out of it.

The guys aren't perfect (they aren't Franz after all), but they are wonderful young men to be around, they understand the concept of committment, to family, to work, to honesty. Josh (the ret. Marine) is even a good husband - probably a better one than his dad.

My one overriding goal in life was to raise sons who are better men than me. I can say that Mrs908 was the prime mover in making that happen. Every day when I wake up, without regard to anything else that may be falling down around me, I can truely say that I am a man most blessed.

or totally fouls up a health care plan, or can beat her record of " I don't remembers" before a grand jury, or learn the intricacies of cattle futures from reading a newspaper. And who can match her turning a blind eye to a husband's sexual perversions and being complimented by the media for it?

All in all, quite a woman. She might even hold the world record for sedatives consumed.

"a man's admiration for absolute government is proportinate to the contempt he feels for those around him". Tocqueville

The fact that Bill Clinton himself, and his wife, have no shame, and never had it, has actually been a political strength for them. Otherwise, they never would have lasted through the impeachment.

However, the fact that it has been a strength for them is sad commentary on the American voter.
