Foreign Policy Makes A Comeback As An Issue

The state of the American economy is a big deal in the upcoming election, but it isn't as if foreign policy should take a back seat as an issue. To say the least, there is a lot going on in the world today and the next President of the United States is going to have quite the full plate to deal with. Including this:
Kosovo's parliament has unanimously endorsed a declaration of independence from Serbia, in an historic session.
The declaration, read by Prime Minister Hashim Thaci, said Kosovo would be a democratic country that respected the rights of all ethnic communities.
The US and a number of EU countries are expected to recognise Kosovo on Monday.
Serbia's PM denounced the US for helping create a "false state". Serbia's ally, Russia, called for an urgent UN Security Council meeting.
It will be interesting to find out what Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton think of the American stance on Kosovar independence. They promise us that they will conduct a foreign policy that will win respect and affection around the world. Will that include respect and affection from Russia, which bitterly opposes this move? And how will they respond to Russian demands Abkhazia and South Ossetia, two Russian enclaves in Georgia, be recognized in response to Kosovo's independence?

America, land of the free and home of the brave so long as we recognize and prepare for possible threats to our nation's security. The President of the United States takes an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. Does anyone actually believe that "Obama Bin Laden" will protect our nation when he states that "we should have never fought the Iraq war" and that he "opposed it from the beginning"?
There was also one person who voted no in the House of Representatives for a declaration of war against Japan following the attack on Pearl Harbor. Shall we let Obama and his "no-vote against sound military strategy" win the White House? Would we want President Obama to invite Hugo Chavez and Osama Bin Laden to Camp David to negotiate for our nation's security? I think not, it just doesn't make sense.
Don't let Obama's misguided single no vote against "taking the fight to the terrorists" be the person who is sworn to protect us and our way of life! We need a leader who understands when, where, and how to deploy and equip the American military to counter threats to our great nation. We need a leader who recognizes that a Resurgent Russia and an ambitious China will have to be dealt with as potential adversaries as well as potential allies. And we need a leader who recognizes that we must not deny our military, intelligence and law enforcement agencies the power they need to track, capture, or kill "extra-national" threats to our country.

For the president & federal government. It doesn't take away the importance of other issues; however, it does point to the extreme import of national security & dealing with the world around us.
tc- On what basis of international law do the Albanians declare independence?
Answer-None. Anytime you see Bill Clinton and George W agree you know they are carrying out their God given globalist rights.
The West will generally recognize Kosovo including those who wore Nazi uniforms in WW2 such as Croatia and Albania. A little known fact is that Serbia was our ally in both world wars Albania will accomplish it's long time goal of a greater Albania proving that by migrating to a sovereign state in a country and becoming the dominant population you can take over that state.
At stake for Russia is do they have a sphere of influence or not. Will they put up with the US putting missles in Poland and other Soviet client states under poor pretenses.
Answer to your question about Obama and Clinton is they both will advocate recognizing Kosovo because they have no sense of history or geopolitics.
This region is a smoldering tinderbox and history has shown this in the past,so we proceed again without learning those lessons.
P.S. Look for the same to happen in about 50 years in the Southwest U.S.

Does anyone use their gray matter on the recent challenges to our military by China and Russia? I don't want a panty waist in the WH dealing with China's military buildup, agression and partnering with Russia to rattle our cage. The horizon has storm clouds, one more reason not to elect Clinton or Obama.
Once again, our friend Soros has been concentrating on Eastern Europe and Asia. Wonder why. Covering his bases?
